A user took to the Spacial Audio Facebook page to vent their frustration recently.
I’m sorry but your customer support service sucks. I sent you a message, no one responds. I sent a second message and it’s been over a week now and still no response. It’s official, your customer support sucks. Not the way to treat customers especially when they’re having issues like I am with your software
We know from experience just how frustrated this user is.
Been watching a topic on the Spacial forums where a long time user of SAM Broadcaster is complaining about really bad distortion on his stream.
I get a distorted & garbled audio stream with SAM Broadcaster Pro. I searched the forum and couldn’t find any conclusive troubleshooting on the topic. I don’t have time for yet another rebuild. I’m tired of rebuilding. I have to think about whether SAM Broadcaster is right for our station anymore.
Saw the latest Blog post from Spacial Audio recently.
Seems like they’ve finally acknowledged there are major flaws with SAM Broadcaster.

The blog post goes onto give examples of common errors that SAM Broadcaster throws up every now and then.
