We knew Spacial Audio support were utterly useless but we didn’t know they were totally CLUELESS as well.
A user having an activation issue with SAM Broadcaster has posted on the SAM Broadcaster forums hoping to get help as support seem to have gone quiet in his words.
I’ve tried tech support but suddenly getting no more replies from them. I changed PC’s a few weeks ago and had to reinstall Sam Broadcaster Pro. After reinstallation, I activated successfully but suddenly started getting the error message: “Product Activation Failed” and “License Warning”
Spacial support also asked me to uninstall the MySQL server as well as SAM Broadcaster and reinstall them in new directories. I’ve done everything they advised and the problem is still there, very frustrating and stressful, starting to get disillusioned with the program. The worst part is the tech support person just went quiet.
Users shouldn’t be having activation headaches with software especially if they’re about to do a live show on the Internet. God forbid they should actually want to stream a station.

A user took to the Spacial Audio Facebook page to vent their frustration recently.
I’m sorry but your customer support service sucks. I sent you a message, no one responds. I sent a second message and it’s been over a week now and still no response. It’s official, your customer support sucks. Not the way to treat customers especially when they’re having issues like I am with your software
We know from experience just how frustrated this user is.
Spacial Audio have gone with a subscription based model for the newer versions of SAM Broadcaster Pro.
Nothing wrong with that I hear you say…
However should your subscription run out part way through the year, You are left stuck with the last version of SAM Broadcaster Pro your subscription was eligible for & you would need to pay $$$ all over again to upgrade to the latest version.
