We’ve been sat on this information for around a week now and haven’t done anything with it (until now obviously)
We keeping seeing more users with the same problem with the latest release of SAM Broadcaster.
Then there’s this bloke who posted on the forums.
They started after the last update.
I would get the error message (attached) and it would stop working.
I need help with this I cant DJ until this is fixed and I haven’t done DJ work in two weeks.
I know my issue is with SAM Broadcaster & not my service or Windows 10.
If I cant get help with this I will have to quit DJing, I contacted Spacial with a support ticket
Please help me with this I don’t want to quit DJing”
He thinks he’s going to have to quit doing DJ work because (yet again) SAM isn’t doing what it was designed for.
Wait a minute you DON’T need to stop doing DJ work because SAM Broadcaster is letting you down!
You just need to switch to something a bit more reliable such as RadioDJ free radio automation software.
RadioDJ won’t crash and burn like SAM Broadcster is know to. We’ve used RadioDJ since 2011 and have yet to have a major issue with it.
Once setup and working it will perform like a star!
We hear the same thing year in year out and its getting beyond a joke now
Nothing says quite how shoddy a piece of software is like a disgruntled customer.
People say we make the problems up about SAM Broadcaster which we don’t. We just relay what we see on the Internet or on social media.
We’re lucky enough (sometimes) to get to the posts on the social media feeds before Spacial Audio marketing get chance to delete the comments…
After all people need making aware of stuff like this so they don’t end up making an expensive mistake!
Why are people still paying $$$ to Spacial Audio for software that is quite frankly crap?
Spacial Audio really don’t seem interested in releasing software that does what its supposed to do.
