Bad Software Practices?

I really wish certain people on the Internet would keep their opinions about me to themselves.

I’ve recently been accused of Bad Software Practices because of the way I promote Radio DJ over other paid for software.

I regularly test the demo’s of paid for radio automation software and find some (most) of them don’t perform as well as free radio software offerings such as RadioDJ.

RadioDJ 220,000 Downloads (V1.8.2)

As the downloads of v.1.8.2 on the RadioDJ website hurtle towards 220,000 you have to admit the software must be making a difference in the world of radio automation.

Its not just the RadioDJ website where people have been downloading the software we’ve had around 20,000 downloads off our servers too.

The software was also hosted in several other websites so we may not know the actual figure of RadioDJ v1.8.2 downloads.

Yes OK we’re fully aware not all of those 220,000+ downloaders will be using the software but a great deal of users are.

Spacial Audio Are Pathetic

Went for a look recently on the Spacial Audio/SAM Broadcaster forums to see a post where someone was letting off steam about Spacial Audio support being Pathetic

He was wanting to purchase an upgrade but wasn’t getting very far with the support department and the representative manning the support desk.

Seems the person manning the support desk suggested that he contacted Cleverbridge (Who handle Spacial Payment Systems)

Radioboss: A Review

Downloaded RadioBoss to test to see if anything had changed since my last foray into the software.

I installed it and dragged a folder of music into the playlist, Then went on to try and configure the program and audio settings.

Windows 10 Audio Issues (Fixed?)

As most of my readers will know by now I prefer to run Virtual machines on Ubuntu rather than have a Windows 10 OS directly on the computer.

For the last week or so I’ve not been able to get Windows 10 to play ball audio wise.

I’ve tried Virtual audio cables, Voicemeeter and just Windows speaker output and can I get through listening to a song without the audio stuttering or popping?
