I installed a new version of a piece of software yesterday.
When I went to start the program on Windows 7 I got an error message like this.
Edcast Stand Alone Encoder
Edcast is the Granddaddy of most of the standalone encoding software.
You can find a download of Edcast Here.
Note: To get Edcast working you may also need to install Visual basic.
If Visual Basic is not already installed on your Windows machine the visual basic installers can be found here
(Just unzip and install the .exe files as you would a normal program)
Note: All downloads supplied as seen.
