It’s been rare to see Spacial Audio tweet on Twitter.
They’re usually pretty quiet with very the occasional tweet saying “Happy To connect” when someone new follows them. That was until today.
Over the last few hours we’ve watched the Spacial Audio marketing team SPAM their Twitter followers with stuff to do with SAM Broadcaster Cloud.
We wouldn’t blame people if they started unfollowing Spacial on Twitter.
You don’t just SPAM your followers in a bid to make a desperate sale for a product nobody wanted in the first place!
We keep hearing so many horror stories about Spacial SAM Broadcaster Cloud product. Frequent service outages seems to be the norm.
Some users stations have been off air over 12 hours sometimes because of it. Any wonder no one wants to sign up to it
Spacial Audio need to start listening to & give their customers what they actually want and that’s certainly NOT SAM Broadcaster Cloud.
What most users of SAM Broadcaster want is…
Software that works without using almost all of the CPU.
Software that doesn’t constantly crash.
A support team who care!
Most users of software want a customer support team who actually want to help people & know what they are doing. Instead of the current team who just seem to send out the same old tired canned replies.
I can understand why they are worried TBH.
The amount of people downloading RadioDJ this past few months has been crazy.
I’ve said it before and I’ll damn well say it again.
We’ve watched the downloads of RadioDJ creep up from around 20,000 downloads to just over 100,000
Little wonder Spacial Audio are starting to sound oh so desperate for sales?
Stop Spamming people Spacial Audio although it’s something your quite good at when you’re NOT getting your own way all of the time isn’t it?
We’ve told them to bugger off in the past with spam emails we ended up having to block/filter their email addresses.
You can guarantee their marketing department will not take a blind bit of notice.
Give it up Spacial Audio you will never win customers when there is better FREE software that works better than anything your development team seem to be able to code.
