How am I supposed to build an audience?

Looking at the Spacial Audio Facebook page and shaking my head in disbelief at the latest posts from frustrated users.

“How am I supposed to build an audience when your servers just drop out for no reason, at the very moment your service department leaves for the weekend?! This happens over and over, and no one had offered a solution or even answered me as to why!

I sincerely regret spending my money on the SAM Cloud product. Can anyone recommend a more reliable service, or at least one who understands that radio stations don’t take the weekend off?”

We knew Spacial Audio support were utterly useless but we didn’t know they were totally CLUELESS as well.

A user having an activation issue with SAM Broadcaster has posted on the SAM Broadcaster forums hoping to get help as support seem to have “gone quiet” in his words.

We keep seeing posts from lots of frustrated Spacial Audio/SAM Broadcaster Cloud customers.

It appears there have been several major SAM Broadcaster Cloud outages recently on the Microsoft Azure platform hosting Spacial Audio’s cloud solution.

“We were back, then down again. Currently back. However, now we can’t access our cloud account. Shocking service, so unreliable”

I keep seeing Tweets from people with links to a Youtube video for SAM Broadcaster.

“In the description of the video there’s the usual blurb about SAM Broadcaster Pro and links to a website http://thecheapsoftware.com/sambcpro”

 
When you click on the links below the video they take you to the Spacial Audio website.

So in turn the cheap software web address is a marketing ploy to shift copies of SAM Broadcaster 2016.

Sorry but your customer support sucks!

This is beginning to get beyond a joke now, Spacial Audio do NOT know the meaning of the words “Customer service”

A user took to the Spacial Audio Facebook page to vent their frustration yesterday.

“I’m sorry but your customer support service sucks. I sent you a message, no one responds. I sent a second message and it’s been over a week now and still no response. It’s official, your customer support sucks. Not the way to treat customers especially when they’re having issues like I am with your software”

 
We know from experience just how frustrated this user is.

I’ve had to shut my radio station down

I looked at the Spacial Audio page on Facebook and couldn’t help but notice an angry SAM user venting about SAM Broadcaster.

“I have SAM Broadcaster Pro on two laptops neither will work because of constant crashing problems, I can not DJ because your software keeps letting me down plus I have had to shut down my radio station because of your software and its problems.

I don’t need any more of your quick (BUG) fixes, I really thought you had a quality product? Oh well lots of wasted money and time and opportunity”
