This is nothing new and has been a major issue within SAM Broadcaster SQL tables ever since SAM Broadcaster v2.7.9
It just goes to show that the SQL structure wasn’t written properly in the first place.
In Fact it’s a really badly written SQL structure which is prone to going wrong when you least want it too.
SAM Broadcaster’s badly coded SQL structure was also another reason we ditched the program and started using RadioDJ
We have yet to have a major database crash with RadioDJ.
There is a simple fix for this.
1) Uninstall SAM Broadcaster from your computer.
2) Flush all SAMDB Tables from your SQL server.
3) Install RadioDJ and run the database setup utility.
4) Start enjoying running a stress free radio station!
You will be a lot happier in the long run.
There is just no need for SAM Broadcaster to have badly coded SQL tables!

Just been for my daily snoop on the Spacial audio forums and yet again it doesn’t make for good reading.
“I had sent an email to Spacial Audio tech support last week to ask about rolling back to version 4.x.x if for some reason I had a problem with v2014.1 and their reply was: “once (sic) you converted to 2014 you cant rollback to version 4.x.x
This user has already paid for version 4.x.x and is now being told by Spacial Audio support that he cannot use a version of SAM Broadcaster he paid for in the event of him wanting to switch back.
Not only is this bad customer service it is also “dishonest” IMHO!
I wouldn’t mind so much but this comes just a few weeks after Spacial promised to start giving better support.
Goes to show they haven’t changed.
I’ve just come across this comment on Facebook. This guy doesn’t sound to happy.
My message as always:
“Beware Spacial Audio! It seems they don’t give a damn about their customer base and only want you for the $$$ you part with. They have a nasty habit of telling LIES just to sell their shoddy software. Do NOT buy software from Spacial Audio you will regret it”
Instead why not use something like RadioDJ free radio automation software.
