A user over on the RadioDJ forums wanted a tutorial on how to install the RadioDJ encoder plugin
RadioDJ related downloads and tutorials.
Now RadioDJ has the ability to take listener requests from a website. I thought I would just do a small article on how best to go about handling RadioDJ requests within the program.
In order to stay within DMCA rules you need to delay a request for at least 60 minutes (Especially if you run a station in the USA)
Spacial audio have a picture on their facebook page.
They are asking their users to “Keep calm and use SAM”
I can assure you “Calm” was the last thing I was when I was using SAM Broadcaster.
I used to swear frequently at the computer because it would never work right.
Since I made the switch to Radio DJ Free radio automation software.
I’m no where near as frustrated as RadioDJ seems to work flawlessly.
So I think it’s only right that RadioDJ has it’s own poster!
Remember “Keep Calm and use RadioDJ”
(Feel FREE to use this poster on your website)
RadioDJ Tutorial a handy guide to using Radio DJ free automation software.
One of the users over on the RadioDJ forum took time out to do a basic tutorial for the latest version of the software. Many thanks for this Jhonny I’m sure it will help a lot of people.
A download of the tutorial can be found Here
Just unzip and open the tutorial with a suitable PDF reading program such as Adobe.
Of course this is just a basic guide which covers the basics of RadioDJ.
If you get stuck with something don’t forget the RadioDJ support forum is there to help.
RadioDJ version 126.96.36.199 was released yesterday and what a release! The program just gets better & better.
Now RadioDJ has a better and improved request system.
You can also now Include the username of the person who requested the song in the stream title.
Something that you needed a badly written PAL script for SAM Broadcaster.
You can achieve this by adding this code to requests under Options > Stream titles. Choose requests from the list and paste this into the box.
$artist$ - $title$ [Requested By $request_username$]
Don’t forget to click save!
There is also an option to include a message but personally I think that would take up to much space in a title stream.
The demo request PHP script for RadioDJ can be found Here.
If you haven’t tried out RadioDJ what are you waiting for?
RadioDJ is FREE doesn’t require messy pal scripts to do basic functions.
