Sorry but your customer support sucks!

This is beginning to get beyond a joke now, Spacial Audio do NOT know the meaning of the words “Customer service”

A user took to the Spacial Audio Facebook page to vent their frustration yesterday.

“I’m sorry but your customer support service sucks. I sent you a message, no one responds. I sent a second message and it’s been over a week now and still no response. It’s official, your customer support sucks. Not the way to treat customers especially when they’re having issues like I am with your software”

 
We know from experience just how frustrated this user is.

Why So Nasty?

Not a week goes by without someone somewhere giving me grief about posts on this website, It’s really starting to get tiresome…

The vitriol seems to stem from posts I’ve written about software/websites not being up to par. Its almost as if I’m not allowed an opinion about anything.

Large Playlist Freezes RadioDJ?

Someone tweeted me yesterday to say they were going to try RadioDJ free radio automation software.

@DJGaryBaldy After spending time with RadioDJ, it isn’t looking good. Can’t seem to handle loading a large playlist without freezing, takes minutes to load.

I’ve had to shut my radio station down

I looked at the Spacial Audio page on Facebook and couldn’t help but notice an angry SAM user venting about SAM Broadcaster.

“I have SAM Broadcaster Pro on two laptops neither will work because of constant crashing problems, I can not DJ because your software keeps letting me down plus I have had to shut down my radio station because of your software and its problems.

I don’t need any more of your quick (BUG) fixes, I really thought you had a quality product? Oh well lots of wasted money and time and opportunity”
